Thank you so much for being and important part of our daughter life. She was only 7months old when you started to look after her and now she is over 2 years old and ready to take new steps in her development. I can not believe she is starting a preschool very soon! We truly appreciate all the love and caring you have shown her. She has always looked forward to see you and there has never been a tier at your door step on arrival. This clearly shows how much she has loved your setting, days out, attending groups, visiting park, and having picnics! You have been everything we could have asked for from a childminder. You have been flexible, honest and trustworthing, but above all else you have been a reliable ever present figure in our daughters early years.
We will greatly miss you!

I have had my son in childcare with Gemma since he was 6 months old and has been settled with her from the start. Gemma has a calm, understanding and warm approach with children, she is friendly and approachable, reliable and understanding to parent's may need to be flexible. Her home is very child friendly and has a good range of toys for learning and playing.
I have also found Gemma to be extremely hard working, she takes children to local play groups, parks, soft play. My child has always seemed happy and active with Gemma, never bored and has benefitted from the social interaction with other children. I have received crafts made by my son on mother's & father's day which have been lovely.
I would highly recommend Gemma as a child-minder and has been excellent throughout.

I found Gemma through this website and I’m glad I did! Gemma has been looking after my son since he was 6 months old, he’s now 1 and he couldn’t be happier which makes me happy. Gemma provides an excellent service which is evidenced in my son’s development. He attends playgroups, soft play, visits the park among other things. Her home is always friendly and welcoming and catered for looking after children. She is flexible, caring, honest and reliable and I would recommend her to any and every one.
It was not easy leaving my first child with a complete stranger who I met through the internet, but I couldn’t be happier with my decision. My son was comfortable with Gemma from day 1, but as he’s got older it is plain to see how much he enjoys going each day, the look of contentment and joy when I drop him off in the mornings and the grin that greets me when I pick him up only confirms this. She’s my first experience of having a childminder and I’ve been very lucky to find her.

Our son has been with Gemma for about 5 months and we couldn't be happier. Gemma home is always warm, welcoming, friendly, clean and well organised. She provides high quality care in a loving family environment with a range of age appropriate and stimulating activities. Our son always enjoys the days out to soft play and toddler groups. I have noticed the change in his confidence and he is now developing in to a little boy, I believe Gemma, her family and the other children she cares for have made the world of difference.
We have had a negative experience with a childminder in the past so i was nervous on how my Son would settle in, from day one he has settled in brilliantly, he enjoys going everyday and even jumps out of my arms in the morning. Gemma has restored my faith in childminders and I would absolutely recommend Gemma as a great and reliable childminder who provides an outstanding service to the children in her care and their families.

Gemma appeared to be a very kind, caring and genuine person. She put us at ease and made us feel welcome. She obviously loves children and has excellent references to prove this. Her house was very clean and tidy and had good facilties. She said she goes out daily with the children which is a big plus.
My daughter who is 7 months old liked her and she can be a bit fussy with strangers.
We'd love to use Gemma as our childminder but unfortuately I'm not going back to work until the new year, and as her skills are extensive I'm sure all her places will be snapped up straight away.
