About Me
I am an Ofsted registered Childminder and was graded GOOD in my last inspection .
I have been a registered childminder since 2014, My approach is giving children the opportunity to explore and be in control of their own learning .
I provide various activities and opportunities for children to explore ,learn and develop through play. I understand and create the right balance between child led and adult -led initiated learning.
I am keen on outdoors, we go for walks in the woods , parks and explore the world around us. We go to playgroups , museums, gardens etc . I also attend forest school events to build my learning on forest school.
I am a mother to 3 children,16years ,14years and 3 years old.
I'm a member of PACEY (Professional Association for Children And Early Years).
I have a clean driving licence and my own transport which is insured for business use.
I promote a healthy, safe and stimulating environment where children feel safe and secure .
My household is a non smoking, I don't have any pets.

I worked with children with learning disability 2008 - 2014 as a voluntary support family worker.

Level 3 Diploma for Early Years Workforce(Early Years Educator)

My little girl has been with Ellen for three years now and I can’t recommend her enough! My daughter has so much fun there and even though she’s now started school she still asks about Ellen and was excited to spend half term there. I’ve even had my daughter stay there overnight without a single worry, because I know how capable and caring Ellen is. She’s an absolutely fabulous person and anyone who chooses her to look after their children will tell you the same.
