I'm a mum to three amazing grown up children who I'm extremely proud of. This in itself has given me so much experience.
I have a full, clean driving license and my own car.
As well as loving and taking care of your children I am more than willing to do some housekeeping and run errands. I'm even happy to walk the dog if you have one! I once had my own Dog home-boarding business for a couple of years so I'm quite experienced with them too!
My Experience
I have worked with young children and babies in both a professional and voluntary capacity for twenty-five years. I discovered my passion to work with children professionally when I became the voluntary leader of a large Parent & Toddler group with about fifty babies and children. I did this for ten years and during this time decided to become qualified to care for children.
In 2007 I made a trip to Ecuador, South America to work voluntarily with young orphans whose parents had died from Aids. This experience gave me fresh insight and perspective into caring for children with different cultural backgrounds. It was challenging but very rewarding.
I have worked in two playgroups and three day nurseries working with both babies and young children. I am currently an Ofsted registered nanny and over the last eleven years I have worked for seven families with children ranging in age from 6 months to 10 years.
I believe I have a special affinity with children and find it very rewarding to work with them. I feel I am planting 'seeds' in their lives which can impact their future

My Qualifications
I have an NVQ in Early Years - Care and education. I have also attended various courses and workshops whilst working with young children for which i have received certificates including Paediatric First Aid.
I am able to provide A CV and excellent references.
