Regular rotation around the nursery meant that I became easily adaptable in different environments, gained new relationships, and maintained structure and routine. I found a love of being in a home environment during my time on maternity leave. My Experience
I am currently a Deputy Nursery Manager working in a busy Cheltenham nursery. I have been working in childcare for 8 years. In this time I have completed my NVQ level 2 and 3 in childcare and development. Through this role I have built exceptional relationships with the children and their families that I work with. I have also completed many courses including First aid training, Food safety and hygiene, The prevent duty and British values, Biting in early years, In the moment planning and special educational needs.
