About Me
I am a mother of 2 and a registered childminder in the Paisley area. I work alongside a colleague who is also a registered childminder and we both work from my home. We have been working together now for 14 years. We offer a warm, secure, friendly and stimulating environment. We are registered for pre-school under 5's and school aged children from 5-12 yrs. Before and after school care available transporting and collecting from St Mary's primary. Holiday cover also available. Fees include all snacks and meals. Weekly planned activities e.g. mother and toddler groups, softplay, Weekly outings to local parks, soft play, libraries. Large enclosed back garden with outdoor play park with equipment such as swing, chute, playhouse, sandpit, bikes and ride ons etc. Large play hut with table train set, kitchen, table football and lots more. Premises are conveniently located close to large park for outings, the centre of Paisley, RAH and A737 for commuters. Services from 7.30am to 17:30 pm. All enquiries welcome. My Experience
I am a mother to 2 young children. I have been a registered childminder now for 14 years and before childminding I was employed by a local nursery and out of school care service to transport children to and from schools and local nurseries. I am registered with the Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland body and have been vetted by Disclosure Scotland, I have my SVQ 2 in childcare, my pediatric first aid, health and safety and food hygiene certificates.
Dawn is a mother of 2 also and has worked alongside me as my assistant for the last 14 years and is a fully registered childminder.
Inspection reports from SCSWIS are available to view. We graded very well in our last 3 inspections.
My Qualifications
I have had Child Protection Training parts 1 & 2. I also have my first aid and health and safety training and I have been trained on allergies and administering the Epipen.
My Availability
We currently have availability for Monday and Thursday baby/toddler place.
We offer a childminding service which operates Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:30am to 17:30pm. School holidays are also available. Before and afterschool care, transporting to and from local nurseries and to St Mary's primary school Paisley.
