About Me
Hi there, my name is Daisy and I am a qualified and experienced nanny looking for part time work. I’ve worked with children for 12 years and also have 2 young children of my own. Becoming a mother has strengthened my practice as childcare provider as I can now emphasise even more with parents.
I would describe myself as bubbly, enthusiastic and friendly. In terms of how i work with children i would say that one of my strong points is the fact that i enjoy getting engaged in what the children are doing, i'm not afraid of looking silly!
I’m ideally looking for a 3-4 day position but I’m flexible for the right job. I would love to be able to bring my daughters along with me but am flexible with this

My Experience
have childcare qualifications (level 2 and 3 in childcare and education) and first aid trained. I have 12 years experience of sole charge and of working in a childcare setting with children from birth to 10 years old.As well as the practical things needed to look after children i am also trained in knowing the emotional and intellectual stages that a child will go through. I have been trained to know the developmental stages that a child will go through and especially how important their early years are. I have lots of experience in potty training children and supporting them with their personal care needs.
My Qualifications
• Richmond upon Thames College (2008-2011), studying a CACHE level 2 and 3 diploma in childcare. I achieved an overall grade A in my level 2 and a grade C in my level 3.
• Up to date paediatric first aid certificate
• A clear DBS and I’m on the update service
• I have also done Safeguarding training, behaviour management training and food hygiene/safety training.
