About Me
I am looking for a part time nannying position from September 2024 (may be available earlier for the right family). I am looking for a nannying position where I can bring my own son (will be 10months in September). I am also available for daytime or evening babysitting.
I am a friendly and reliable person. I have excellent relationships with the families and children whom I look after and can provide several references. I enjoy planning fun days out and sourcing activities for the children to do. I enjoy watching them develop and grow and find it extremely rewarding helping them to thrive. I drive and have my own car so travelling is not an issue.

My Experience
I am a mum to two boys, one who is 6 years old and one who is 5 months old. I have over 14 years of childcare experience, having been a nanny for the last 10 years. I have been a nanny for children aged 10months to 10 years old and had sole charge of up to 4 children at a time.
Before I became a nanny, I used to work as a deputy room leader in the baby room at a nursery, where I worked for over 2 years.
I have had experience working with children aged from 2 months to 11 years old but have experience from newborn with my own son.
I have also done lots of babysitting for several different families. I have babysat for children from the age of 2months old and can babysit for long or short periods of time as needed.
My Qualifications
I have a BTEC National Diploma in children's care, learning and development which is a level 3 qualification.
I have also done online training courses to continue my professional development.
My Availability
I am ideally looking for a nannying position part time or term time but would consider a full time role. I will only consider roles for a nanny with own child, to bring my baby (born nov 23).
I am also available anytime for babysitting. I can usually be available at short notice but preferably as much notice as possible.

Sarah has worked as our full-time nanny from the end of July 2016 until April 2018 when she went on maternity leave. She has been looking after our daughter who was 11 months old when I returned to work.
Sarah has without a doubt been fantastic: not only does our daughter loves her but she had made my return to work as stress free as it could be knowing that our daughter is being well looked after.
She is a conscientious, fun loving, thoughtful carer. She is punctual, reliable, flexible, trustworthy and easy to communicate with. Sarah planned daily activities, that stimulated and nurtured our daughter (visits to the park, farm, library, indoor playgrounds, music, gym, arts & crafts and all sort of other spontaneous invented games to stimulate her creativity and curiosity).
We feel Sarah has been one of the family and are all very sad her time with us has come to an end as our circumstances have now changed and we no longer require full time daycare. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to any family looking for good quality childcare. Our daughter has always been very happy with her and is growing into a well behaved little girl with good social skills; we believe Sarah has been instrumental in this.
We are very lucky to have had her as our nanny. I would be happy to chat to anyone to confirm this reference.

Sarah has babysat for my little boy once so far. She made both myself and my partner feel very safe about leaving our little boy in her care for the evening. She is very professional and friendly and I would highly recommend her as a babysitter. We will definitely be asking her to babysit again.

Sarah has been great. She is very reliable, very friendly and the kids love her. I feel very confident leaving her in charge knowing the kids will be well looked after. I would definitely recommend her.

Sarah has babysat on two occasions for my two year old little girl, and both times at relatively short notice. She is extremely relaxed and confident around children and my little girl took to her straight away. I was able to leave her without any tears and return to a soundly sleeping little girl.
Sarah is very professional and punctual, easy to chat to and I feel very relaxed leaving her in charge. Highly recommended.

Sarah has been our nanny since April and has sole care of our 3 year old daughter.
Sarah is always friendly, caring and professional and has been a pleasure to have around. My daughter bonded very quickly with Sarah which I am sure is a result of Sarah's calm and assured manner.
Sarah always arrives before her scheduled time and has normally arranged activities for that day. She has been happy to stay late on the odd occasion we have been delayed getting home from work and nothing seems to much effort for her.
Sarah has been exceptionally good at arranging lots of activities and play dates for our daughter, especially during the school holidays. This has been great for us and we know each day Sarah takes her out and about on her bike or scooter. They often bake cakes and seem to get along really well..
Sarah regularly sends me photos and updates, letting me know what fun things they have done each day and has happily maintained a daily diary for us. She is easy to communicate with and works hard to make our lives easier.
Unfortunately, my work role is changing from September and as a result we are not able to offer Sarah enough hours to keep her on. Otherwise we would happily have continued to employed her.
Sarah has been a lovely dedicated nanny and exceeded our expectations. My daughter has grown very fond of her and will miss her, as will we.
I would not hesitate to recommend Sarah for any type of childcare.
