About Me
Hi, im Fiona. I have worked in the childcare and education sector since 2008, I have experience working with all ages from birth up to end of primary age.
I studied Early Years and Education at university and I’ve worked in a variety of settings including pre-school for many years, I have been a forest school leader, and my most recent employment was a full time nanny for a baby and toddler- until they were both at school.
I had my own baby in 2018 and I have taken time out to look after my son, who has just started school in September 2022.
I’m looking for Employment as a Part time Nanny.
I thoroughly enjoy working with children as I feel it is such a rewarding profession.
I am happy to work outside of normal working hours with notice, in cases of emergencies, school holidays, i have gone on week long holidays with my previous families in the past and worked 48 hours overnight stays at their home etc.

My Experience
I have gained over 14 years experience working with children across a vast age range from newborn to 11 years. Including working in a nursery, and as a private nanny. I have also had my own son who is a credit to me and is advanced for his age.
My Qualifications
Foundation Degree In Early Years Sector - During my two years studying part time at Teesside University I have explored subjects in great depth including: safeguarding children, attachment theories, and enhancing children’s learning.
I have extensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum (EYFS) and implement it on a daily basis, promoting children's development and enhance their learning through children's interests.
I have various extra qualifications and certificates in baby lead weaning, forest school, to name a few.
My Availability
I am looking for Part time Time Employment Monday - Friday. Mornings can be arranged, depending upon my sons breakfast club timings.

My Fees
- Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
My fee's are dependant on the different factors of the job role and responsibilities and will reflect my many years of experience as a sole charge nanny.
