About Me

My name is Caroline and I live in Kings Langley with my husband and 2 children, a girl of 7 years and a boy of 5 years, both in full time education. I have been childminding for 3 years and have an Ofsted "GOOD" grading, which I am hoping to upgrade to "OUTSTANDING" on my next review. I have completed my NVQ Level 3 Diploma in children and young people's workforce, which has given me a greater understanding of the holistic needs of children. I have lots of experience wtih children of all ages. I am a lively and engergetic mum and love being around and interacting with children, watching them learning and developing.

I currently have an assistant who works with me when required, which allows me to provide a better service to my families. Working with an assistant allows me to be more flexible and able to work with baby's and young children's daily routines - i.e. they don't all have to be taken on school runs if it falls during their sleep times or if the weather is bad.

My home is a smoke-free environment and is full of toys, books, games, dressing up outfits and everything that children love!

I live within walking distance to the high street in the village and to the local school and various parks and toddler groups.

I love being outdoors with the children come rain or shine visiting the parks and going on welly walks in the woods.
