Hi! I'm Mary, I am a nanny and nanny/housekeeper with previous experience as an Ofsted registered childminder and a nursery/preschool assistant. I have plenty of experience working sole care with multiple children aged 0-14 and some experience of shared care. I also have experience of housekeeping and cooking for the family.
I provide flexible and quality childcare where children can thrive and feel secure. I have plenty of experience in early childhood development and caring for children of all ages, from young babies to teenagers, helping younger children to develop and discover through play and exploration and providing activities of interest to older children, following their lead and facilitating.
I love to provide children with outdoor and creative opportunities, varied experiences and encouragement of independence. My approach to discipline is gentle, loving guidance with consistent boundaries. I collaborate well with parents but am very confident in taking on sole responsibilities and initiative.

I would highly recomend Mary. She has taken care of my 1yr old son and 3yr daughter for about a year. They settled with her very quickly and easily. She provides various indoor and out activities keeping the children entertained. My kids love going to hers always coming back with big smiles. Mary is also very proffesional and flexible.
