hello my name is Jodie I live in Walthamstow ( I can commute easily ( Victoria line ) I’m also a driver.
I am an experienced and highly motivated professional nanny/ pa ; I have worked with children of all ages, ranging from birth to 13 years old.
I am a very down to earth, approachable and nurturing, with a fun & caring personality.
I have a passion for working with children, I enjoy building their self-esteem and watching them thrive!
Much of my free time is spent studying, in which I take great pleasure; I have a great desire to learn and fulfil my career goals, in becoming a more knowledgeable nanny. I also enjoy volunteering and working with the homeless.
Cooking is one of my favourite pastimes, and I now have quite an impressive repertoire of vegan and vegetarian meals. I also enjoy travelling and learning about other cultures.
My favorite thing today is swimming, I swim 5 days a week. My strongest stroke is butterfly and break stroke. I also enjoy going to the gym.

I have experience working with families with multiple children from newborn right up to teenagers and young adults. However most of my experience is with children 0 to 11.

I enjoy home schooling children and helped prepare them for school. I have experience with 11 plus and 7 plus preparation.
I enjoy helping children develop and thrive by planning age appropriate activities. I also encourage this by going to groups everyday. I enjoy messy play , physical and imaginative play. I believe in a child lead learning as well as guided learning .
Also I have experience in observing children’s development. I enjoy putting together a book for children with photos and their development growth over the year.
