About Me

I am a registered childminder and have years of experience with my own children. I have a 6 year old son and a 7 year old daughter who attend Hill View Primary School.
We have a big garden with swings, small climbing frame with slide and a play house, there are also a lot of ride on toys out there to play on. The children will have access to all of the house except from my bedroom. There is a sleep room with beds and cots, with lots of pretty mobiles on the ceiling. We also have a play room that is fully kitted out with lots of age and stage appropiate toys. The kitchen stair gate is normally closed and the children will be allowed in there when supervised to do activities like cooking and access the garden. The lounge is being used as the entertainment room where the children can use the computer, wii or watch TV. We do a lot of activities but I will mainly be taking my lead from you.
I have an assistant called Sarah, who works 2 days a week. She is CRB cleared and approved to work with children.

My Experience
My daughter was born prematurely at 25 weeks so we spent a lot of time in hospital. She had a tracheotomy and needed oxygen so I am fully trained to deal with any child that has these needs. She made a full recovery and is a bright little girl who enjoys playing with her peers.
My son is a bright and energetic 6 year old who enjoys socialising and playing with his peers.
I have a working background in finance however felt that I needed to change my career path to follow what I wanted to do. My children are my passion and the fact that I will get to spend more time with them as well as my chosen carer is brilliant. I am working towards a level 3 in childcare and intend to follow this through to enhance my knowledge.

My Availability
Monday: 1 space for under 5's all day
Tuesday: 1 space for under 5's all day
Wednesday: 1 space for under 5's all day
Thursday: 1 space for under 5's all day
Friday: 1 space for under 5's all day
My Fees
Parents - My fees are negotiable so please contact me.
Teachers - I will do a term time only contract so no fees for the 6 weeks holidays.
From £4.25 per hour
All meals and toiletries are provided so all you need to do is drop off your child :)
