My Experience
I have 26 years experience in childcare, 18 years of those working as a nanny looking after children aged 4 months to 14 years old and 12 years working as a nursery nurse looking after children aged 0 - 5.
Working within the EYFS framework to provide education and support for children aged between 3 months and 4 years.
To undertake observations and assessments on my key children to understand and evaluate educational needs and development over the child’s early educational journey.
To liaise with parents on planning a pathway for development and advising of successes and areas of potential weakness.
To liaise with the child’s parents to understand the child’s interest and support and exploit the learning process through the interests of the child.
To provide a safe environment for their educational development to ensure the child reaches their full potential within the educational setting.
To support the child’s educational development through play and to understand and support their needs.
To liaise with other practitioners and professionals where necessary to support any areas of weakness.
My Qualifications
I have an NNEB, access to health qualification and I am currently studying for a HNC level 4 & 5 in children and family studies.
My Availability
I am available to work Monday and Tuesday up until 4.30pm and then am available to work on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday up until 7pm
