I have currently finished working for a lovely family in Frimley Green,caring for 3 school children,sadly due to my employers circumstances have changed,they cant keep me on,so my availalblity to secure another Nanny position will be from April 2013.
My previous position sole charge daily Nanny for Erin 7wks old on start. I was responsible for all nursery duties,organising feeds,introducing solids and organising activities and playdates. I met Erin as a newborn 7wk old baby and left her a much loved and nurtured happy and bonny 7mth.

A little bit about me!!
I am an Ofsted Registered, also a member of Pacey(Public Liability Nanny Insurance) was (NCMA)with 30yrs experience in childcare as a Private Nanny and in Private Nursery settings.I would describe myself as a non smoking, mature,fun loving,conscientious,trustworthy and reliable Nanny with a chatty and bubbly personality.
I am a vegetarian,but I am happy to cook meat dishes for the children/family,however I would prefer not to cook offal.I believe I am a competent cook and I like to make meals using fresh ingredients,whenever possible.

My Belief's and methods
I believe that respect for others is important and I endeavour to teach children in my care good manners such as: "please and thankyou",table manners and general good behaviour.I always deal with the matter of discipline firmly,but fairly,with the "timeout" method and I would always discuss any issues with the parents.I have a natural empathy with children and I enjoy helping them to develop and of course to have fun!
I believe in varied activites such as:Arts and crafts,Toddler groups,woodland walks, play dates with friends,Libray visits,Activity centres/softplay,cooking yummy cakes,(my speciality) reading stories,music times and just spending time in their home,will enhance children's development and expand their knowledge and confidence helping them to equip them with the necessary skills for life.
On the occasions that I take the child/ren from the home environment, I am diligent to ensure their safety and well being at all times,whilst enabling them to learn and still be safe.I am part of a Nanny circle a friendly and like-minded community of nannies with their children.
I have a great passion for what I do,and I can say I am proud of being a Nanny!

My Experience
I have worked with Children since leaving school in 1975, I then started work with Ockenden Venture, which is a home caring for a group of
Vietnamese handicapped Orphans.I worked there for over 3.5 yrs,after leaving I started working as a Private Nanny,sole charge,daily position caring for a baby boy (James) he was 6 mths on start and I gained a formal qualifications in 1975 in the form of a Pre-school Foundation Course.
I have continued to work for numerous families over many yrs,looking after their children,during my working life I have had breaks from childcare,working in Administration ,due to Nanny positions where sparse due to the economic climate at the time.

Nursery duties only.
Happy to do school drop offs and pick ups if required
Permanent position sought.
Anytime worked outwith agreed contract hrs,to be paid at an Enhanced rate.

TERM TIME POSITION- (A annualised salary would be preferred)

Super Nanny
Nanny McPhee is everything we hoped she would be and more. Understandably it was extremely difficult to have to return to our work when our baby girl was only 7 weeks old but the transition was made more than comfortable by Nanny. Our baby girl has loved every minute of her time with this Nanny. She has slept extremely well, loved her food times and is full of smiles almost all of the time and my husband and I would certainly attribute this to the love and care shown by Nanny. She is courteous, attentive and extremely caring and at 7 months old, our little one has blossomed in every single way. It is with much sadness, due to work circumstances we are having to let Nanny go. Our baby girl I know will miss her also. Nanny has given both my husband and I invaluable guidance as we start on our road to parenthood. She is a very special person and I know that whoever is lucky enough to count her their family will be delighted with their choice.

It was a great pleasure to care and look after Erin she was a delight,from the moment I started 7wks old to a healthy 7 months, she was full of smiles every day.and it was great to work with such a lovely family.

Wonderful Nanny :-)
Debbie worked as a nanny for us from November 2012 through March 2013, with before school and after school (to 6pm) care of three children, 14, 12 and 7 including the school runs.
Debbie was a wonderful nanny, always happy and smiling, always a helping-hand to the kids with homework, punctual, reliable and delightful to have looking after our children.
Due to a change in our circumstances we no longer required the services of a nanny, and reluctantly had to say goodbye to Debbie today (28/3/13)
We have no hesitation in recommending Debbie to anyone seeking a nanny or childminder whatsoever, and we wish Debbie every success in finding her next role.
