About Me
I'm a 25 year old female, with a keen interest in caring for children and helping them develop. I have experience with multiples and also special requirements.
I would say I am a very creative person and enjoy the challenging and demanding nature of my job.
In my spare time I enjoy caring for my animals, shopping and socialising with friends. I also love days out to Zoos, farms and various creative workshops as well as sunny trips to the Seaside!
My Experience
I have been working with 3 different families, all part-time, over the past 18 months with children aged from 4 months upto 6 years.
Previous to this job, I was a Nanny for Triplets from the age of 10 months to 5 years, until they attended school full-time and then continued to work within their family when their baby brother arrived, until he was 18 months old.
Before that, I cared for two Sisters for just under 2 years until they were both in full-time School - I also cared for their dogs, pigs and Highland Cattle and regularly house sat for the family whilst they were away on Holiday and cared for their domestic and farm animals.
Prior to these jobs, I worked in a private Nursery for 2 years to gain my qualifications.
Whilst still at School, I babysat most weekends.
I also have a 5 year old Niece (For whom I am also Godmother) who I spend alot of my spare time with.
My Qualifications
After gaining my qualification (NVQ Level II in Early years care & education) I attended various night classes to extend my knowledge.
I also trained in Paediatric Emergency First Aid which unfortunately has expired.
I have references from previous Nanny jobs available as well as examples of work I have done with children in the past to help prepare them for Pre-School.
My Availability
I have just taken on a new part-time job so am no longer available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays.
I am currently available Monday and Friday afternoons, most evenings and weekends.
My Fees
Fees are negotiable.
