About Me
My name is Nicola, I have been working with children for 16 years in mostly nursery environments. I have also been a nanny to two families and now have two of my own. I studied Early Childhood and Education Studies at University and have a BA Hons. I have worked with a range of ages from newborn to teenager. Previously i was a nanny for 4 year old twins and a 9 month old baby. My roles have always been sole charge and I enjoy encouraging the children to take part in lots of fun activities indoors and out.
At university I volunteered at a brownie group and so have worked with older children as well.
I have a strong interest in child development and education and hope to help any children i care for to further their general learning and development whatever their age. I have worked with many children with a range of Special Educational Needs and so have good experience and knowledge in this area.
I have a paediatric first aid qualification and full dbs check.
My Experience
I have worked with children since 2009 in various roles including nursery settings and have experience with all age groups. I also have experience as a nanny including with 4 year old twins and a 9 month old. I have worked with a brownie group which included children age 6 and 7 and also have a range of experience with Children with SEN.
My Qualifications
Foundation Degree in Early Childhood and Education studies.
First aid: Emergency first aid and Pediatric first aid.

GCSE: 10 GCSE's at grade C and above including English, Maths and Science

I am available part time hours but can be very flexible.

- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
- Nannying from £12.00 per hour (gross)
