About Me

I have lived in Newquay all my life, I am married to Andy Richardson and as yet we have no children of our own. Within my setting I endeavour to give every child the opportunity to reach their full potential through a caring, homely, stimulating environment within which your child will feel safe, happy and secure.
I am a qualified nursery nurse/childminder who is Ofsted approved /CRB checked. I have been dedicated to working with children for over fifteen years within a nursery setting. I have chosen to become a childminder as I feel I can offer a tailor made, quality educational care for your child. Working from home enables me to provide your child with rich and varied experiences.

My Experience

I have worked with children for over fifteen years within a nursery setting during this time I have worked up from nurery assistant to dupty manager. Over the years I have worked with children from birth to twelve years of age in a nursery and holiday/after school environment.
I have also worked as a nanny for a family in newquay.

I hold a full driving licence
Foundation degree in Early Years Education
Btec National Diploma in Nursery Nursing
NVQ level 3 Play work
ICP Childminding Qualification
Btec first diploma in Caring
CPVE Business Administration
4 GCSE Above grade C

Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering

My Availability

I am able to take up to six children, three under five, three five to eight year olds. Please ring for availability.

My Fees

Full Day from £30
Half Day £ 18.50
Hourly £ 3.50

Opening time 8.00 am to 5.30 however these time are negotiable.
