My Experience
NHS Midwife: 2017-present
Nanny (April 2014-September 2014)
I currently look after three boys, 18 months, 6 years and 9 years.
This role include school pick ups, help with homework and my main duties is looking after the 18 month old. Taking him out as he loves the out doors! Arranging play dates and taking him to various groups from music groups to play groups.
Nanny (September 2013-February 2014)
I worked five days a week as a nanny to a 1 year old little girl, and part time with a four year old girl. I am loving the challenge of having a younger child in my care and we really enjoy exploring outside, attending play groups having play dates with friends and spending quiet time learning at home. This role Ended due to family no longer needing childcare.
Nanny (September 2012- September 2013)
Iworking 3.5 days a week as a nanny for two preschool aged children. I take a proactive role in ensuring the children go to appropriate aged groups and have stimulating activities to participate in - this could involve play dates with other children or activities within the home. This requires a high level of responsibility, time management and flexibility, which are important skills transferrable to any role. This role ended due to a drop in hours as children started school.
Busy Bees Nursery - (June 2008- September 2009)
Evening Cover Assistant - Responsibilities included working as part of a team to set consistent standards of care, taking responsibility for the children in my care, abiding by health and safety policies, and communicating with parents to make sure they received adequate feedback at the end of each day.
My Qualifications
I have ten GCSE qualifications all above B Grade including english maths science and health a social care.
And i also have three A Levels
I have a degree in Psychology
I have a common core skills qualification too (childcare)
