About Me
I am a fun enthusiastic person and love children to make the most of the outdoors! I enjoy getting children involved in all sorts of activitites from messy ones to educational ones, but most importanly they are always fun activities. I always ensure children are cared for to a standard that I would want for my own children and understand the anxieties that parents have when handing their children over to non family members.
My Experience
I am a fully qualified nursery nurse with around 7 years experience. I also attended uni for a year of nursing but decided it was not for me and returned to childcare, although this has gave me some basic first aid experience. I also have a first aid certificate and various other child development certificates. I am now halfway through further childcare studies (PDA certificate). I also have 2 of my own children Thomas 3 and Anya 2. Outwith work my own children I often care for my 13 year old nephew, 5 year old neice, and 7 month old nephew, as well as other family and friends children, so have plenty of experience out with the nursery. I have also looked after children for three different families in a nanny role over the last year and a half.
