About Me
I am a newly registered child minder as of November 2009. I have a 7 year old daughter called Ellie who has speech and language difficulties.
I work Monday to Friday 07.30 to 6pm.
I currently have 2 children whom I child mind aged 5 and 8.
I live in a flat which is secure and is fitted with a safety gate so as children cannot get onto the balcony.
I have a strict no smoking policy when children are in my care.
My Experience
I have had 6 months as experience at collage doing my NC Child Care and Education which i gave up due to my daughter having a cleft palate. I have a 5 year old nephew which i have regularly.
I worked as a play assistant at an afterschool club which was a tempory position.
I my house is always filled with children and often look after my neighbours children when needed.
As a parent myself i have gained the experience of dealing with different children's needs from speech and lauguage problems to toilet training. I enjoy a challange and enjoy learning about each childs different needs
My Qualifications
I am attending a training course on first aid and child protection in April 2011.
My Availability
I work Monday to Friday 7.30am to 6pm.
I have immediate start places available.
I currently have space for 3 more children.
