Hi my name is Pamela Petrie . I am 52 years old, I am married to Nick and have a daughter of 35years a son of 32years and another son of 16 . I am a registered childminder with SCSWIS.I live in the Bucks burn area. I provide safe, happy, exciting caring and understanding care for all children and we have great fun taking part in various activities during the sessions.I recieved grade 5’s in my last inspection for all standards. I provide healthy snacks, breakfast if required . Packed Lunches are to be provided by parents. I can drop off and pick up children from Cornhill school or nursery.

My Experience
I have been in childcare for 32 years. I previously worked as a supervisor in a preschool nursery with children aged 3-5 years old. I have also had experience in working with 0-3 years when i was the supervisor for the creche and 2`s group. I have had children of my own i have a daughter 33 son 30and a son of 14 years old . I have three granddaughters-one who is 10 and one who is 4 and one who is 2 . I also have 2 grandsons who are 9 and 1 year. I love my job and get great pleasure from seeing the children I care for happy and content. I have been on various courses throughout my years in childcare and have increased my knowledge immensely.

I have known Pamela since 2014 when she became a childmainder for my 7.5 months daughter Grace . Grace was at Pamela care for 5 years until she started P1 and it was a incredible 5 years for us . Pamela is providing an excellent childcare setting where kids needs are proprity . Kids has a lot of activities , craft , play area where they can explore they needs . I placed also my granddaughter into Pamela care in 2018 and she was a trauma child at the time. Pamela helped her to feel a child again and with compasion and love she helped my granddaughter enjoy her childhood again without any worries . Today was the last day for my granddaugher to attend Pamela setting and I am highly recommend Pamela to anyone who look for a trustful person to look after your child . You wont be dissapointed and you will see how happy children are into her care ,they just love her like my 2 girls .
