About Me
I live on the outskirts of March quite rural.I am married and have 3 grown up children ages 32, 29 and 24. I have a lovely friendly 11 year old labrador, 8 Bantam chickens, 2 ducks and two 9 year old tortoises.I do hatching of chicks and ducklings for the children once a year.I take the children on regular trips ie seaside, zoos, farms, parks, nature reserves. The children also do lots of arts and crafts and whilst in my care they are all treated as one of my family.
My Experience
I have been a childminder for 28 years, both here in Cambridgeshire and also in Hertfordshire.. I am now accredited so can offer children funded spaces and free childcare from 2 years old for those who qualify.
I was also graded OUTSTANDING on my last ofsted inspection in November 2014.
My Qualifications
Level 3 Diploma in home based childcare,first aid trained, food Hygiene trained, member of childcare network and NCMA.I regularly attend training sessions for courses regarding childcare to keep myself updated with everything.
My Availability
I work 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday.Later or earlier by prior arrangement.I can also work later into the evenings and weekends with prior notice.
