About Me
I qualified as a childminder in 2005 after working in the city for a number of years. I wanted to raise my own children at home and also wanted to offer a home-from-home care for other parents constantly worrying about the safety and needs of their babies whilst having to work. I have also worked in a nursery but did not like the unpersonal approach and therefore decide to open Little Einstein's from home with one of the best ladies in childcare, and so we have been going strong since 2009. I have 3 children, I have also finished my CYPW3 course which means that I am one of the highest, newly qualified childcare providers in Redbridge.
Little Einstein's has a very large room designated for the children with lots of toys, books, and a huge variety of activities to choose from. There is also a very large garden with lots of play equipment to. We also have individual profile books for each child that links with the EYFS so that you are kept unto date with your childs progress. I take great pride in my business and have many hand written references from parents who have left the setting and also from parents still attending. Both Sheila and I have good Ofsted inspections and aim to achieve outstanding by the next inspection.
My Experience
All the children we have had here so far have come as babies and have carried on with us even after nursery and after school. We aim to cater to everyones indivdual needs and believe that each child is unique and will learn through play. We have children before, during and after school and our hours are 7am - 7pm. I run my business professionally but also very flexable for parents. Children are made very awear of rules and how Little Einstein's treat one another and in return we make that they have lots of fun each and everyday. we also make sure that we go on lots of outings to, whatever the weather!
Open 7 days per week, even if you just need a few hours during the holidays or after school!
Meals are freshly prepared on the premises everyday and children are able to take part in cooking and tasting new foods from all over the world.
Our motto is learning through play!

Both Sheila and I are ofsted registered and members of Pacey. we have all the nesessary qualification but above all we do our job well take pride in our Little Einstein's name.
