About Me

I have worked in childcare for over 18 years and really enjoy my time working with children and helping them develop whilst building a positive relationship with both children and parents.
I have worked with all ages in my nursery experience starting from 6months up until pre school age. I have also nannied, my first family I looked after a newborn and a 5 year old and my second family I looked agent a newborn, 3 year old and 5 year old! I absolutely loved nanny and the bond you get with both the children and the family’s.
I then left childcare to raise my own 2 children who are now 5 years old and 3 years old.
I started my career working in a nursery working with all ages from 6 months up to pre school age.
From there I then went on to nanny a Portishead family of 2 children, I was with them for 2 years when they then sadly moved away. It was very hard for us all as we all became very close. I looked after the 2 children from 2 months old and 4 year olds.
I then briefly went back into a nursery to work until I found a nannying job that suited me.
I then went on to nanny another family in Portishead, 3 little girls aged 3 months, 3 years and 5 years old. I loved working as a nanny again and I was with this family for just over 2 years until I fell pregnant myself and left to go on maternity leave.
I have currently been a stay at home mummy since this time, I have 2 little boys Jaxson ages 5 and Roman aged 3. I love being a mummy and all my experience in childcare over the years helped me try and be the best mummy I could.
I now feel this is the right time to go back to work so I am currently looking for another family to nanny for, this would hopefully be able to include my 2 boys and just one while my oldest is at pre school.
I can be flexible with days/ times that suit a family.
