My name is Cassie. I am qualified (Level 6) and Ofsted registered for 10years. I work with my assistant, caring for up to 6 wonderful children each day, aged between 6m and 4yo.
At Littlelitescouk we are warm, friendly and love working with children. Our holistic approach focuses on a healthy mind, body, and spirit by strengthening the routines parents build at home by working in partnership to equip children with essential life and school skills.
Service includes:
1. healthy snacks and home cooked vegetarian and pescatarian meals (fruits and vegetables grown in our garden)
2. Term-time only contracts available with no retainers or holiday pay
3. Easy to navigate website, detailing littlelites contact details, curriculum, activities, fees and policies.
Activities:
We are a beautiful setting with an amazing playroom and a fun playground. We offer a wide range of activities through adult lead sessions and child initiated play to meet the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and suit children’s ages and stages of development.
Our daily activities includes, Circle time, Story sack, Sensory music, Yoga, Disco, Playgroups, Nature walks, Messy play; also educational trips to museums, farms etc We celebrate Festivals from a variety of cultures.

The 336 bus route stops 5 minutes walk from the setting, also bus routes for 126, 261, 638, 136 & 181 are a short walk.

My eldest son who's now at school attended LilLites from 12 months and absolutely loved his time there so it was a no brainer when we had our second son a year ago that he would also join Cassie at LilLites. He started at just 8 months and although the youngest of the lot, he fitted right in and settled straight away. His development has come on leaps and bounds and loves the nurturing environment Cassie provides. We love the fact that there's a new theme for them to learn each week and he regularly brings back artwork for us to stick on the fridge. There's great communication so we know how he's been throughout the day and he loves playing with all the other kids along with Cassie's lovely home cooked meals! We've been lucky to have a few ad hoc days with Cassie also which have been a lifesaver as her flexibility is also a big plus! Would highly recommend :)

Our son (now nearly 2yo) has been going to Cassie since Sept 2023 and we are very happy with everything! She pays special attention to him and always tells us how his day was (eating, sleeping playing), what the group was learning that day, and any other details we may need to know about. Being with a range of children of different ages has been great for our son’s learning as Cassie always integrates the younger ones in all activities. In many situations our son has wanted to do what the bigger kids are doing (eg very keen on the toys clean-up and wants to help out!). They do outings to playgroups a few times a week and our son seems to enjoy it (great for building confidence with other kids in larger groups).
Cassie has been very flexible and has taken our son on some days during half term which works super well for us. Finally, she’s such a kind and loving person to the kids, while always being consistent with teaching rules/politeness/behaviours/respect. We would recommend her :)

Cassie has been looking after my 2 children from babies to school age. She has also covered some school holidays once my kids joined school. I couldn’t be happier with her care specially with the activities and learning. They get to go to playgrounds, play cafes, playgroups, museums, farms she even makes sure that they have seen Santa every year!
She also teaches them about environment, they know complex shapes and she has a song for learning days of the week, oceans, continents … the list go on. Both of my kids earned star of the half term award from their school and settled very well.
They still try to catch a glimpse of her every time we pass her house.
She was truly amazing and can highly recommend her.

I’ve met Cassie about 3 years ago when my daughter was only 18 months and I can’t express myself in words how happy I am that we’ve found littlelites. She has an wonderful setting for the kids, she is spotless clean and she is teaching the little ones great things. My daughter she is a fussy eater since she was a baby but in Cassie house she eats food that she will never eat at home. My daughter loves going to her because all the outside activities that they do( they go to playground, playgroups and museums), she also loves her circle time where they learn about everything. She’s also teaching them how to plant and care for the planet. My daughter has learned wonderful things there, leaving to school it doesn’t concern me because Cassie made them ready for that. We will definitely use Cassie in the future and for our little boy.

Cassie is a phenomenal childminder - I have 4 children Cassie has helped me with all four. Her setting is amazing, such a great place for children.
