About Us
We are a privately owned Day Nursery open for 51 weeks of the year. We pride ourselves on offering homely care for children from 3 months to school age. The care we provide is individually tailored to your needs - we do not offer speciifc sessions - we just provide the care you require on an hourly basis.
We are open Monday to Friday 7.30am-6pm
The children are cared for in 4 groups rooms related to age, with additional space throughout the nursery for different activities. We provide home cooked meals, that are prepared daily using only fresh ingredients.
The children all access the garden on a daily basis where a variety of activities take place.
We are situated next to Grange Park which is an ideal environment for enjoying the outdoors, space to explore, run around and investigate.
We have lots of experience of working with children with additional needs and work closely with other professionals to support the children to aid their transition to school when the time is right.
We welcome you to view our nursery at any time, we do not ask you to make appointments because we feel you deserve the opportunity to see us as a working setting, doing what we always do.

Our Fees
- Childcare from £44.60 per day
We charge an hourly rate of £4.95 per hour or for term time only it is £5.45
A full day £44.60 per day or term time only is £47.60
Lunch is £2.50 or a cold packed lunch can be provided.

I needed a nursery that would cater for my hours of work and provide a nurturing environment for my daughter. Having visited other nurseries in the area, I decided to trust Rhymes Day Nursery with my daughters care because they offered me the flexibility I need at a competitive rate and most importantly of all, they really care about my daughters happiness.
She is given a well balanced, healthy diet and enjoys lots of different activities to stimulate her throughout her day.
My Daughter has thrived at Rhymes and she is very excited to attend every day, its a great comfort to know that she is in the best possible hands when I am at work. Rhymes really do work with me to ensure that she continues to grow into a very well balanced little girl.
I would thoroughly recommend talking to the staff at Rhymes if you are looking in the area, they are very approachable and there to listen.
