About Me

Hi,

I work with my husband and mum and we are all registered childminders with years of experience. We all have current first aid training plus other childminding training including child protection, health & safety, behaviour management and speech development.

We work in the BT5/6 area and can do drop offs and pick ups mainly at Orangefield Nursery/Primary school but also other playgroups, nurseries and schools as long as the times don't clash.

We offer a fun, safe, friendly & non-smoking environment.

We have a fully enclosed garden and we enjoy getting outdoors with the children as much as possible. We have outdoor toys including bikes, cars, tents, water table & mud kitchen.

We provide meals and snacks. Everything is home cooked from fresh ingredients.

We go on trips to the park and library and have lots of walks. We have 3 double prams and 1 single buggy. We have a fully insured 7 seater car with all the relevant car seats so can also go for days out during the school holidays - W5 is always a favourite.

We have an exclusive playroom with a large collection of age appropriate toys, play kitchen, jigsaws, puzzles, books and games. We encourage child led play so they can choose their own toys.

We also have quiet areas for napping or doing homeworks/ arts & crafts and reading to the children.

We can accept childcare vouchers, cash, or bank transfers for payment. We get paid monthly at the start of the month.

We are all up to date with core training - Heath & Saftety, Safeguarding and First Aid. We have also completed other training courses such as behaviour management, speech & language and outdoor play.

We have policies which are compliant with the minimum standards guidelines and they are renewed annually and shared with parents.
