My name is Amy. I am 32 years old. I am level 6 qualified with a BA (hons) in early childhood studies and primary education. I am also a mum of two under 3years old.
I am passionate, self motivated, organised, and believe that honesty is the best policy.
I am reliable and able to perform my job with or without out help. I have worked with premature babies for the past two years before taking the decision to go back into education to further my skills and knowledge.
I believe that learning should be fun and where the child can be independent but able to ask for help when they need it.
I love to cook fresh healthy meals as I know what is in them and it maintains the health of all children.
Arts and crafts and being active are great ways to explore and become more confident.
I am avaliable Wednesday - Friday. Happy to do babysitting week days and on weekends (if available).
My Experience
Experience in various roles within childcare since qualifiying. Nannying to deputy manager of a nursery. Most recently i worked as a nursery nurse within the nhs on the neonatal unit at Stoke Mandaville hospital.
My Qualifications
Degree in Early Childhood Studies and Primary Education and Level 3 Cache Diploma in Childcare and Education.
10 Gcse's including maths, english and science
Extra skills include;
Safe guarding knowledge
Knowledge of first aid.
Premature/Newborn experience
Awareness of food safety.

Part time around my own childcare.
