About Me

Hi, my name is Alix and I am a nanny with 28 years chilcare experience. I live in Ashford with my husband and two sons. In my free time, I enjoy going on walks, reading, theatre trips and meeting friends. I have childcare for my own children so I am not looking for a position where I can bring them too. I like animals and would love a dog of my own so I'm happy to work in a home with pets.

My Experience

Over my career I have worked in nursery settings & within family homes as a nanny. I also have experience of working with children with additional needs including ASD. I have worked with a wide range of ages going right from newborn up to teenagers. I am happy to work in large families but would also enjoy a position with an only child.

My Qualifications

BTEC National Diploma in Childcare (equivalent TO N.V.Q LEVEL3)

Up to date CRB

Paediatric first aid certificate.

Not currently Ofsted registered but willing to do this if needed

Full UK driving licence

My Availability

Currently seeking a part time position - 2 full days per week. I am happy to work alongside parents or as a sole charge nanny. If time allows then I am happy to help around the home for example if the children are taking a nap or at school.

I am also available for baby sitting evenings and weekends.

I am a confident driver with a clean license and am happy to either use my own car or drive one which you provide.

My Fees

Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
Nannying from £12.00 per hour (gross)

My fees are negotiable but do increase after midnight.
