About Me
My name is Carly and I am an Ofsted registered childminder offering a welcoming home-from-home environment. I live in a quiet road in Wallingford, with my husband, 3 children, our dog Murph and timid cat Tinks. My setting is within easy walking distance of the town centre.
I have a play room where children can access a wide range of toys and resources. I also have facilities for sleeping and meal times. I plan a wide range of activities for children in my care.
I have a large enclosed garden that has an abundance of outdoor toys and large play equipment.
I am a short walk from many of the local attractions that Wallingford has to offer. We are close to the Castle Gardens, the vast BullCroft Park, the KineCroft which offers a host of year round events, a lovely library and local shops in the town centre.
A short drive away are other lovely places to visit such as the Earth Trust, Hill End, Pick-your-own fruit farms, Millets Farm and Beale Park.
I am registered to look after children from birth and have experience with a variety of ages.
My Experience
Registered as a childminder for 5 years, with excellent references from previous families. All current training up to date and excellent knowledge of child development and the EYFS.

-Local Authority Approved Childminding Course (CYPOP5)
-Level 2 Food Hygiene

-Various CPD courses undertaken; including tales toolkit, PEEP and I-can.
My Availability
Currently closed due to coronavirus pandemic. Taking enquiries for future vacancies. Will reopen in near future.
School drop-off and pick-up from Fir Tree and St Nicholas infant school in Wallingford. Other schools considered upon request.
My normal opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm, however can exercise flexibility with these where needed.
I can accommodate full time, part time, term time, school holidays, before and after school care including school pick up.
