About Me
Hi my name is Claire and I am 41 years old. I am a Ofsted registered childminder, I absolutely love my job and thrive through working with children to see them learn and grow as individuals. I offer a home from home setting and will deal with all children's needs. I love doing activities and arranging days out as well as having fun at home. I have two boys of my own, aged 11 years and 7 years old. I can offer fantastic references from my past employers who know me very well. My Experience
I first started childcare when i was 17 years old when I lived in Surrey and I made my way up to be fully qualified and have NVQ level 2 and level 3 in childcare. I am ofsted registered and have a DBS check and hold a first aid certificate, safeguarding training and much more. My first employment was at cherry nursery for 4 1/2 years from here i joined Rainbow nursery where i worked for 4 years in this time i became a room leader and was in charge of a room with 8 members of staff and 36 children. I then became a nanny where i have worked for two different families over 8 years, I absolutely loved my nannying jobs and was apart of each family and I loved and still love the children very much. I have done a lot of baby sitting over the years too so I have experienced different aspects of childcare. I decided to become a childminder when I relocated to Dorset 6 years ago and to explore a different area of childcare and now I have two children of my own it is nice to be at home for them as well as sharing our home with other children.

Claire was a nanny with our family for more than 6 years - she looked after our children from 3 & 5 years old. Claire is a wonderful caring and cheerful person. My children adore her and always had fun. She did lots of fun activities and outings with them, as well as supervising homework. Claire was always reliable, organised and hardworking, even when she brought her son to work and had 3 children to care for. She ensured the house was always clean and tidy. I would recommend Claire 100% as a childminder or nanny.
