I am mum to two children, girl and boy, age 15 and 12. I currently work as a family support worker and previously worked in a primary school for 10 years. I love the outdoors, helping children learn through play and encouraging independence.
My Experience
After 20 years in retail management I decided to go back to school to study for my childcare qualification. For 10 years I have worked in primary school with children from nursery to year 6. I have recently changed jobs and moved into family support which continues my work supporting children and their families.
My Qualifications
I hold a level 3 childcare qualification and I have completed training in child first aid (February 2023). My training includes epi-pen training, autism awareness training and I have worked closely with several children with ASD. All original certificates available on request.
My Availability
Available for babysitting any evening after 5pm or earlier at the weekend. I am also available to tutor.
