About Me
I am an Ofsted registered childminder with 12years experience. I am based in Horsham on Oakhill road. I offer a home from home childcare setting. We go out to many different places such as toddler groups, soft play, sensory rooms, parks, farms etc. We also love doing lots of arts and crafts and playing with a wide variety of toys when we are at home. I have a dog and a cat who love the children.
My Experience
I have been a parent for 23 years. I have experience with children with learning difficulties, autism, adhd and Downs Syndrome. I am always updating my SEND knowledge and understanding so I can meet each child’s individual needs as best as I can.
My Qualifications
I don’t have any specific qualifications in childcare, however I do have many years of experience being a parent and a childminder. I hold up to date certificates for paediatric first aid and safeguarding. I regularly update my curriculum/educational knowledge by doing courses via Pacey and other sources.
