About Us
Rainbow Preschool is based in Muswell Hill, delivering high quality childcare and nursery education for children aged 2 - 5. The Preschool is well established, with a track record stretching back to 1979. We open 8:15am - 4:45pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and 8:15am - 12:15pm on Tuesday, Fridays during term time only. The preschool is registered with Ofsted and we deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum with a highly qualified staff team. At our most recent inspection we were awarded an Outstanding judgement by Ofsted. We value the role we play in supporting children to learn and develop, and work closely with parents to help children continue their learning at home. We offer a wide range of activities that help children develop the range of skills that they need to prepare for school and beyond. Your children will be kept safe and their individual needs will be met through our key person approach. If you are looking for Outstanding childcare in Muswell Hill please do pay us a visit. We offer places for the free 15/ 30 hours entitlement. We also provide flexible childcare where you don't need to register and can buy blocks of 10 hours - £11.50 per hour - Subject to availability - For first time customers we offer 5 hours - £50

I recommend rainbow nursery ro parents
Big and clean place good environment for kids to learn and play hard working staff my daughter been at the nursery for 5 months and she get to excited when she go I definitely send my son to rainbow nursery.

Both my daughters have attended Rainbow Pre School alnd I am so glad that they did. It is a warm, safe and caring environment who make the needs of each child a priority. My older daughter often wants to go and visit her old teachers, even two years after leaving!
The manager is still hands on and interacts with the children. Above all, they are amazingly supportive , flexible and approachable about any concerns you may have.
As a result of this positive experience, I decided to do my childcare training there and couldn't have picked a better place to learn. All the staff take each child's individual needs into consideration and have a plan in place for their learning and development.
I can't thank them enough for making it a wonderful place. I am pretty sure we will still be popping in to visit even after my daughter leaves which says everything!

I'd highly recommend Rainbow pre-school to any parents wishing to register their child in there. The teachers are lovely and they really do care for every single child there. The quality of education is high and my child was extremely well prepared for his primary education. It's also a great value for money. Highly recommended. Jo

I was fortunately recommended Rainbow Preschool by my sister and other local mothers. My 2 year old boy has been attending for the last 8 months and has gone from strength to strength! The staff are amazing in ensuring he is well supported and have really gotten to know him and his needs. His speaking, social and playing skills have developed wonderfully and I really do feel this is down to the support and arranged activities he receives from the staff at Rainbow. This is has all been reflected in his home life and I have witnessed the positive changes in him for myself on a daily basis. The meetings each term are a great way of discussing any issues and finding out how he is developing. Staff are always so approachable and friendly. I have no reservations in talking to anyone of them about anything I need to discuss.
He will be attending next year also and I wouldn't want him going anywhere else.
