About Me
My name is Ellen. I am an experienced ofsted registered childminder and have enjoyed working for the last 14 yrs. with children who have become like family to me and am still in contact with all of them and their families. I have 3 children of my own, all who have left home now and a granddaughter who is 14.
I have a space available for Mon to Thurs 9-2 pm
I take the children out most days to either a play area or park, which they are able to mix with other children to. we also visit a nursery that my sister runs a couple of days a week, which the children enjoy..
I work with babys days so you can look at your childs progress and daily diaries online. Photos and videos are uploaded onto your childs own folder that only you can see, and then are able to show your family. only you will have access to this site, and you make a password to get onto your childs file.
My Experience
I am a mum of 3, and i look after my grandaughter aged 14 so I have had plenty of experience looking after children. I was also a dinner supervisor for 8 years while my older children were growing up.
My Qualifications
i have coompleted my level 3 diploma in childcare.
I have completed my paediatric first aid course.
I keep up to date with any safeguarding training i need.
I have completed a food and hygiene course and have a level 5
My Availability
I have a 2yr or 3 yr funded space available for mon - thurs 9-2pm . I also take on babies, but the only day I don't work is Friday.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
my fees are in line with the majority of childminders in the area ,phone me for information on these.

I have used Ellen for about 3 years for before school and after school. I would recommend Ellen for any age child(ren).
I am confident in using Ellen and my children are happy and that's the main thing when considering childcare. If my children are happy and content then so am I.
Ellen has become a friend as well as a childminder.
Overall
When having to make the decision to find a childminder for my son Kenan nothing scared me more then having to put my trust into a strangers hands. I can honestly say Ellen turned out to be a lil blessing in disguise. My son has been happy from day one and to be honest he has more of a social life then I do. Ellen is very active with the kids and they are always out and about exploring, learning and playing. Ellen and her family treats Kenan like one of their own and that is more than I could ask for. I can recomend Ellen to any mummy that only wants the best for her pride and joy.
