About Me
Hi, my name is Lissy. I am an Ofsted registered childminder based in oakridge - Basingstoke (RG21). I am married and have 2 children, 10 years and 8 years who are both bi-lingual. We like to all be exploring, so we are either out having fun, exploring and discovering, or we are inside doing cooking or creative arts and design, having messy, sticky fun with glue, stickers and glitter.......
I am open and provide home from home childcare TERM TIME ONLY I do not charge any holding fees or retainers during the holidays as I am not open to provide care.
My prices includes: Nappies, wipes and outings.
Funding, vouchers and tax free childcare all accepted.
We visit toddler/play groups, 4 kingdoms and play parks, as well as garden centres and coffee shops.
** I have a rare full time space available from January 0-4years**
I also offer an after school club for fairfields primary school. 3:15- 6:30. I charge £10 per session.
My Experience
I have worked in childcare for approx 15 years. Besides having my own 2 children, I have also helped family members and friends with thier newborns. Giving advice for parents with toddlers struggling with behaviour, teething and routines etc. I have also worked with children with Autism, challenging behavior and disabilities.
My Qualifications
Cache level 3 in home-based childcare, Safeguarding level 4, first aid - paediatric, Food safety level 2, supporting children with speech, language and communication needs.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
£4.50 p/h Childminding
£10 3:15-6:30pm after school session only. (I do not offer before school or holiday club.)

Lissy is amazing ,I always felt my son to be an extended member of their family .Very happy to keep my son under her supervision and care ,would highly recommend her .

I dnt trust many with my son but this lady makes all the kids happy days out 4 kingdoms a fav and splash park fab mum and her kids are so polite love the fact my son has freedom of playroom and learning with fab fun in a kids garden with slides kitchen bouncy castle pools sand u name it she does it

I have been using lissy for a few weeks now and think shes brilliant so impressed. My 8 year old adores her and her children her house is always welcoming shes incredibly reliable, flexible, understanding, super friendly and experienced. My little girl always leaves with a a smile on her face talking about the fun things shes done from playing in the garden to baking cakes and going on outings ! I was very nervous about using a childminder having never used one before but i couldnt been happier with lissys service.

My 7 year old had additional needs in which I'm still adjusting to and so is my boy. Not only had lissy built a trusting bond with him (and fast may I add) she has also helped me with advice and more in depth routines for him at home. I value her time and her patients.
My boy finds it really hard to trust, meet and allow a new person in his life or his "bubble" if you will and I find this new situation comforting and encouraging.
I also have a 4 year old who adores lissy :-)

My two boys are thriving whilst with lissy
always having fun and doing something different and new
lissy is always willing to help and to whatever is needed to ensure the children are safe and have fun.
