I am a self employed At Home Childcarer registered under Ofsted and come under the umbrella of Brighton Council. I am Ofsted registered and have various childcare courses through the council. I also have a diploma in therapeutic childcare. I am active and enjoy being outdoors, I swim and ski and go to the gym regularly. I enjoy being around children and I am a very nurturing individual. I am signed up to the Ofsted update service and tax free childcare payments.
My Experience
I have worked in a therapeutic residential setting looking after children at nights, they had many emotional needs. I then went on to work in a nursery for four months to gain experience with younger children. I have since looked after children who mainly go to a Montessori setting. I have done overnights and all sorts of shift work. I try to bring out the best in children and encourage their individuality.
