I am available for ad hoc self employed babysitting and employed Nanny work. live quite near to Crawley and Horsham.I have been looking after Children for more than half of my life..
I live modestly with my gorgeous family (they're everything to me.)
My eldest Child's heading to Uni soon after deciding which place to accept! youngest Child is at School.
I have NVQ 2&3 and DBS. First aid (baby&child) updated 6/12/16. Full clean driving license for 28 years.
I enjoy the Great Outdoors with my family having nice walks.I am in my 40s. Only genuine inquiries please,also kindly note for insurance purposes and financial reasons any dropping off or picking up of your Children, will only be undertaken as part of the Nanny, Mother's/Parent Help role.
Love swimming and helped my youngest child to learn. I helped a child to conquer their fear of the water. Love spending time helping children learn something new;riding a bicycle,catching a ball or the all important potty training!
I enjoy the performing arts.
I also enjoy baking and singing with Children, a Parent was amazed that their 17 month old has learnt to sing Nursery rhymes with me.
A common sense approach,loyalty too.
Also have some formal qualifications , these may not be of importance for some Parents but I am often asked questions to do with developmental milestones.
Clean driving license.

My Experience
Approx 27 years of experience working as a Nanny, looking after children aged from 0 to 17 and as a Nursery Nurse in a Nursery School. I have an up to date DBS. I can give a reference too.
I also have some special care baby experience of a baby born at 27 weeks.
I have Sen experience and trained at a school for Children with severe learning difficulties.
Another "string to my bow"I home educated one of my children for a while.
Have had experience of severe allergic reactions(to nuts)&also knowledge of special diets eg gluten free.

Nvq2 and Nvq3 Nursery Nursing (NNEB). First aid. 6 GCSEs

Evelyn has helped out with my twin girls over the years. She is delightful and such a caring lady. She's very patient with my two, especially when they've been squabbling. She's very generous with her time and attention, they love spending time with her. I'd have no hesitation recommending her to others. She's always very diligent, leaves things tidy and overall is great fun, which is important!

We were very lucky to be recommended Evelyn by a friend. She proved to be very reliable and kind, the children really took to her. She brings enthusiasm and practicality and was so easy to work with. It was so reassuring to know our precious children were so well cared for.
