About Me
I live with my husband, Son and Daughter.
I have been childminding for 6 years. Looking after children for the last 16 years.
Before becoming a childminder I was a mobile hairdresser travelling around the local area. Where I was always around other people’s children enjoying helping them learn, develop and grow up.
I decided after having my son I wanted to stay at home to help him through his development and help other parents with childcare who wants a more one on one child care environment while they go to work knowing their children are getting well looked after in a home environment.

My Experience
I am bringing the experience of looking after my 13 nieces and nephews and my own two children ranging from birth months to 12 years old as well as teaching children as a previous fitness instructor.
I have completed the Scottish childminding induction training. I am a member of the Scottish Childminding Association which keeps me up to date on all the relevant changes in legislation and policies, along with training, information guides and resources to my business. I also keep in touch with other childminders which gives me the opportunity to learn from peers.

My Fees

Playgroup and nursery sessions will be charged in addition to your fees, should you choose to have your child attend these.
Additional outings will be charged in advance along with a signed parent/carer permission form.
e.g.: Edinburgh Zoo, Cinema, Safari Park etc.
