Hiya
My name is Roisin (or Rose), I'm 33 and a mother of two beautiful children. My family are of a English and Irish heritage.
Me and my partner of 12
Myself and fiance have a 8 year old and 4 year old.
We live in our home in rubery which we purchased in November 2013.
I am available for babysitting services.
I am available day times, evenings and weekends, over night care.
I work as a family support worker and as a student social worker for the council in children's services.
I have worked as a nanny or babysitter for children of all ages from newborn twins to children of up to 14/15 years old (granted-at this age it’s mainly making sure I know what they are up to and keeping out of trouble) I have provided this care at the child's home at my own home and out in the community.
I can provide written and verbal references on request.
In my role in the council I support families with routines and boundaries, children with low self-esteem and confidence, low attendance, anti social behaviour, substance missuse, child protection issues, etc. I deliver parenting programmes to these families and complete direct work with children to help improve their futures.
My career started as a nursery nurse for children aged 0 to 5 years, and adults with learning difficulties, autism and challenging behaviour.

I believe I am friendly, hard working and trustworthy. I have a currrent DBS police check and a full UK driving license and car.
I will pre-warn you, I am very car safety aware, car seat safety is crucial to me.

My little boy had a wonderful time with Roisin! She is caring, professional and highly flexible to cater for our changing needs. I will absolutely be booking Roisin again - i wouldn’t want to leave my son with anyone else. Would highly recommend.

Roisin has looked after my little girl for the last 5 months. From day one I felt at ease leaving my baby as Roisin is a complete natural. She takes her for lots of walks and to a local playgroup with her own daughter.
Although Roisin has set days when she looks after my daughter, it has never been a problem to change these day or add on more when needed. She has looked after her overnight too and I know my girl is enjoying herself and in a clean, safe environment.
Every time I pick my daughter up she is always content and full of smiles. She has become quite attached to Roisin which is lovely.
I would highly recommend her for childminding, babysitting and being a nanny.

Has been looking after my daughter (now 2 and a half) since she was a baby. Always has fun and comes home happy from here. Fantastic service and very flexible, takes my daughter to her nursery as well as looks after her at her home.
