About Me
I am a passionate British Maternity Nurse and Nanny with a medical background in Maternity and Paediatric NHS Services. Having worked as a Full Time Maternity Nurse since 2018, I started my Midwifery Degree in January 2021, and qualified in 2024.
I have extensive experience with Single Babies, Twins and Triplets, and have worked with a multitude of families across the UK, with some international travel. Through working within private households, I have assisted numerous families with the transition into early parenthood and supported parents through the early weeks and months of their baby’s life. Throughout my career, I have obtained experience with same sex families, infants with colic and reflux, premature babies and babies with additional needs such as a Cleft Palate, Circumcision Care, Tongue Tie and Nasogastric Tube Feeding. Additionally, I have proven experience with implementing feeding and sleeping routines for newborns that suit each family’s individual lifestyle. I am on the DBS Update Service, am First Aid trained and have a Full Clean UK Driving Licence. Excellent written references available upon request.

Charlie looked after our 3 month old boy at our wedding from 2pm Saturday through to 10am Sunday. Not only was my son happy and clearly very well cared for, Charlie fitted in seamlessly with my family and friends. She achieved the fine balance between friendliness and professionalism, and knew exactly when it became too much for our little one and took him for some peace and quiet. We received many compliments regarding Charlie from family, and it was evident our little boy felt safe and secure with her. I would highly recommend Charlie as both an occasional babysitter, and as a long term nanny.

I would recommend Charlie wholeheartedly! She is very reliable and has done a fantastic job whenever she has looked after our baby daughter. She is very professional and has sound knowledge.
