About Me
Hi my name is Sharon
Ofsted registered (GOOD) childminder in East Ardsley area.
I live near East Arsdsley primary. I have a open plan downstairs.
My garage is converted in to a play room.
A secure garden with artificial grass to enable outdoor play, even on wet days. Plenty of toys and space to play.
A safe secure fun area for children to learn through play and lots of activities.
My children's development is monitored and planned through the EYFS.
I offer quality childcare in a clean safe and loving home environment. Have a happy relaxed and friendly home where all children and parents are welcome, each child will benefit from having a regular routine helping them feel safe and secure. I create a stimulating environment for the children and through play will incorporate many different learning activities into their day. Most importantly, I want the children to be happy and enjoy the time spent in my care.
We attend regular outing to play groups which are run several times a week, soft play areas and regular meets with local childminders.
I am able to provide the free 15 / 30 hours funding for 2 year olds and 3/4 year olds.
I live with my 3 boys ages 21, 19 and 9. My older boys both works full time and are dbs checked. My youngest is at school full time .
My Experience
I have been childminding since 2016 I am Ofsted registered and hold all the necessary insurances and qualifications. i attend several other available courses throughout the year to improve the service I offer in my setting. I completed the courses in my free time when they become available this will continue throughout my career to make sure I have the correct experience and up to date knowledge to provide the best possible childcare available. both my older children have been dbs checked and i have full time experience of my own children.

I attend regular training and check safe guarding website's to make sure my knowledge is up to date.
My Availability
I am available for work Monday to Thursday 8.00 to 6pm Friday 8.00 to 6.00pm . I am flexible where necessary. I offer 15 and 30 hours funded places for 2 3 and 4 year olds. Plus I offer term time only & school holidays.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
Childminding fees : £4.50 per hour Daily rate is £40.00 1/2 day is £20.00 this includes nappy, food, outings etc.
Before school is £10.00 After school £15.00 including snacks

My child Annabelle has been with Sharon for just over three years now, Sharon has been an excellent childminder and has helped me teach, love and make sure my child is always safe. From our first meeting I knew Sharon was going to be the best choice for us and has supported me and annabelle over the last three years. Anyone looking for a childminder who is always willing to help and put your child’s interests first above anything else then Sharon is defiantly the one you need to be contacting.

Sharon looks after my kids like they are her own, both started when they were 2 years old under the 2 year funding and are now 5 and nearly 3.
As soon as you walk inside you’re made to feel welcome, and the kids love sharon and can’t wait to back week in week out.
She’s always out and about with the kids no matter the weather, helps them learn as they play and always there if you have worries about your kids.
