About Me
My name is Kelly Hoadley and I am an Ofsted registered, fully insured and level 3 qualified Childminder in High Salvington, West Sussex. I have two children of my own.
I aim to teach children life skills through play and discovery and provide a warm, homely and safe environment for them to play and grow in. I encourage all forms of learning and will tailor my daily programme to suit the individual needs and passions of each child within my care.
As a Mum I am fully aware that parents are the first and most important educators in the child’s life and with that in mind I aim to provide the sort of setting that I would want my children to be in. From the outset I want to have a good, solid and trusting relationship with you, the parent or main carer and I will want to work closely with you throughout your child’s time with me to ensure their learning and development progresses in line with their capabilities and that they feel safe, secure and happy when they are in my care while maintaining the routines that are important to you as a family.
My Experience
I have been working as a Childminder for 9 years and also worked in a pre school for 3 years. I have training and varied experience in children with SEND. I regularly participate in training to enhance my children's learning and enjoyment. I also have a Level 2 BSL qualification.

Level 2 Award in Paediatric First Aid (QCF)
Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering
Level 2 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace (QCF)
Manual Handling Awareness in a Childcare Setting
Safeguarding and Child Protection
BSL Level 1 and 2
Both myself, my assistant and my partner are also DBS checked every year in accordance with Ofsted requirements
My Availability
I currently have availability on Fridays and I do also do drop offs and pick ups from St John the Baptist Primary school.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
£5.00 an hour which includes snacks, drinks and the activities that we do on a weekly basis.
Meals can be provided for an additional £0.50 for breakfast, £2.00 for lunch and £2.00 for dinner.
