Hello! My name is Carly and I'm a 39 year old qualified primary school teacher and mother of 5 (my three eldest are grown up and no longer live at home!). As well as the expected nannying duties I would also be able to offer educational support to the children.

I am a qualified primary school teacher with 21 years experience in education and childcare. I am specialised in special needs/ English as a second language and also fluent in British Sign Language. I am a private tutor and have previously worked as a nanny for families in London and Coventry. I am also an experienced Early Years Manager at a children's activity camp and an experienced private day nursery manager.

I hold many qualifications including BA Hons Early Childhood Development and Learning, QTLS, BA Hons English, DET, AET, First Aid, Food hygiene, British Sign Language NVQ3, Caring for Vulnerable Children, Signature Level 3 Communication Support Worker Certificate in Learning Support, Advanced level qualified swimming teacher, Level 3 Award in Supporting Learning and Teaching in schools, safeguarding.

Failed to show up to interview. No attempt to contact me or reply to my phone call and message to ask if she was on her way.

This review is incredibly unfair. I was unable to attend the interview as I had been taken into hospital the night before by ambulance. This review is also invalid as the parent cannot comment on my setting, cleanliness and food having never met me. I can provide many glowing references from previous families and I am very upset that someone who has never met me can leave such a damaging review.
Carly is a very lovely nanny. She is kind and caring and very experienced and skilled in what she does. She has been excellent with my 4 children, 3 of whom have autism. Highly recommended!
