About Me
My name is Alison McIntyre and I am a NICMA registered Childminder in Lisburn, just off the Saintfield Road. I offer part-time spaces which may be full days or half days. School drop offs and pickups available from Riverdale Primary School, Legacurry preschool and Barbour Nursery School. Other schools/ nurseries considered on request if feasible. I offer a warm homely childcare environment and will care for the children as I would like my own children to be cared for. I have a large enclosed garden with a variety of outdoor toys. I also have a large vegetable plot and the children love to help out with watering and harvesting of the fruit and veg, as well as enjoying healthy homegrown snacks! Full 12 hour paediatric first aid certificate. Regular outings to toddler groups/library/soft play/park.
My Experience
Mum to two children aged 10 & 12. Prior to registering as a Childminder I worked as a Physiotherapist for 15 years.
My Qualifications
Core training up to date in Health & Safety, Safeguarding children and First Aid. 12 hour paediatric first aid certificate. Food hygiene training.
