About Me

My name is Jerell Chung and I have been a Manny/ baby sitter for over 9 years. I know you may feel a bit taken back due to me being male but I am the kindest hearted, friendly, genuine young man you would ever meet. I am first aid trained I have a national diploma in health and social care, 3 a levels, BTEC National In childcare, updated CRB and many references. I am an advanced cook and I have done many cleaner jobs so I can most certainly clean your homes.

Jobs that I have done over the years have been teaching assisting with vulnerable adults. I have also worked with disabled children and teenagers. I’ve coached football and basketball with primary schools and disabled schools and Nanning which all of them I loved the best. I have been a nanny for many families but due to be caught with an illness I had to stop my work and studies which I was studying to be a social worker at Brunel University.

I have three children of my own. I have always been a hands on father and they are the light of my life.

I am fun, responsible and most importantly, trustworthy. I am confident in implementing discipline such as rules and manners (to your standards) and using consistent behavioural management techniques. I am able to establish or follow your child’s individual routines, responding to their personal needs and supervise them at all times, making sure they are always safe.

I am bubbly and outgoing and believe it is important to engage in a child’s creative side as well as stimulate their educational needs. I am more than happy to assist your child with homework and help them to excel the way I did in school. I have ten GCSE’s from grades A-C including English, Science and Maths, so I am more than able to help with core subjects.
I feel as though I understand the demands of looking after children but I am also keen to learn and develop on new skills as every child is different. I am able to plan, organise and carry out appropriate, stimulating activities for children, for example, taking them to the park after school, making homework enjoyable, making story time magical etc.

As a male in this sector it is very hard to prove yourself on a piece of paper so I would love for you to call or visit or even give me a trial so you can see how genuine I am. All off my past children I have looked after for have missed me extremely and I still receive cards at Christmas from them and families,
