About Me

I am 29 years old and work as a Nanny, Private Cook, Family PA and I offer Autism support for families .

I have been looking after babies, toddlers and children as well as cooking for them for over 8 years.

As a Nanny, I have been described as reliable, kind, professional, responsible and fun natured. I strongly believe that each child is unique and I enjoy getting to know them and their personalities and dedicating time to tailoring their care to meet their individual needs.

I think that exposure to different environments is greatly beneficial for the cognitive and social development of the child and it can create multiple opportunities for learning through experience.

I love attending baby and toddler groups, providing the opportunity for socialising and learning through song, dance and play. I like to facilitate independent play too in order to stimulate creativity and imagination. I love to plan trips outside such as parks, playgrounds, museums, farms, nature walks and soft play.

At home, I enjoy facilitating arts and crafts, experiments such as slime making, building forts, lots of reading and conversing to aid speech and language development and collaborative as well as independent play. I love to have fun with the children I work with whilst still following routines and ensuring that they feel safe at all times and are getting the most out of every day.

I am always willing to be silly and get involved in singing, dancing, chatting and messy play!

I am, however, also confident following routines and creating rules and boundaries. I am very patient and gentle in my approach to dealing with any issues and I endeavour to be a calming, reassuring and positive force in each child’s life.

I make sure to communicate openly with the parents and I’m always happy to share details about the day and receive feedback so that I know I am always meeting the family’s needs.

Overall, I want to create a safe, comfortable, fun and stimulating environment for the children that I am caring for. I care deeply about the emotional and physical well-being of every child I work with and I hope to aid in their development and encourage them to remain curious and excited about what the world around them has to offer as we learn, explore and play together.

I also offer meal prep for families and individuals, catering to all dietary requirements. For babies and toddlers, I aim to create nutritious, exciting meals that expand palates while introduce new and interested flavours to enjoy. All the meals and snacks for babies/children are sugar and salt free.
I am available to cook at your home or to deliver meals if that suits you better.

I have also been working with autistic children for the last year, supporting parents and ensuring that they have structure that supports them and meets their needs.

If you are looking for a family PA, my role can include grocery shopping, travel packing, home organisation, meal preparation, gift buying, running errands and admin. I am happy to discuss this further based on the needs of your family.
