About Me
Hello, my name is Natalie, and I am soon to be an Ofsted agency registered childminder. I live in Maidenbower, Crawley with my husband and three year old daughter.
I am a level 3 qualified practitioner and have worked with all age groups throughout my 16 year career in childcare. I have previously worked in nursery settings and as a nanny with many family’s.
I am a mature, responsible, reliable, patient and cheerful person with excellent skills in childcare. I pride myself on remaining calm in all situations and providing loving support to all children in my care. I have excellent organisational and time management skills, with a caring attitude and a passion for child development.
I have opened Natalie’s home nursery so I can care for your child in a ‘home from home’ setting whilst encouraging them to learn through play. I enjoy seeing the children learn and experience new things and feel proud of what they have achieved. I am in walking distance of the local park and plan on getting outside everyday and visiting local playgroups.
I can provide drop off and pick ups at Maidenbower nursery, Infant and Junior school.

My Experience
I have experience working in day nursery’s as a room leader of toddlers and babies and third in charge of the nursery, working as a team.
For 13 years of my career I was a nanny for many families, caring for newborns to teenagers and helped in the running of busy households. I have experience working with multiples, I am paediatric first aid trained and have an up to date dbs.
My Qualifications
CACHE level 2 certificate in childcare and education
CACHE level 3 diploma in childcare and education
paediatric first aid certificate valid from February 2022 until February 2025.
UK drivers licence.

Monday - Thursday 7.30am-6pm
Fridays limited hours
Additional hours may be available on request.
