About Me
My name is Baiba and I am an Ofsted registered childminder based at Catterick Garrison. My setting is a welcoming family home with a garden and dedicated play and learning area.
I work within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework that ensures equality and opportunity for all children and families.
I aim to offer activities, experiences and opportunities that provide the best possible learning outcomes for each individual child. This policy is achieved through the following activities:
• Toys
• Games and Jigsaw’s
• Books
• Physical Play both in and outdoors
• Sand, water and other natural and/ or sensory materials
• Cooking, Baking, Preparing meals
• Arts, Crafts and Play-dough
• Singing, Music and Dance
• Role-play toys and opportunities
• Outings (walks, parks, museums, play groups, soft-play areas, library etc.)

I have 7 years experience as a childminder and I have two children of my own (8 year old and 13 year old).
