Hi Parents.
I am an extremely bubbly and positive nanny and I love what I do which I am so blessed to have a job I love so much.
I have 15 years experience working days and nights within family homes including family holidays.
I started a nanny agency in Thailand for 4 years so I know a lot about the business side as wells as the emotional and practical needs of a child.
I also ran a child protection company in the UK 10 years ago. Now im 40 im very happy as a nanny and the pressure of the child protection job is no longer dominating my life.

Hope you are well. Can I just say now you've got this.
I am funny (will I think I am) , loving and above all caring and an attentive nanny.
I have references available both written and telephone. From companies to individual families.
I have mainly worked with new borns up to two but I have also worked with all ages up to 15. I have done live in, live out, mummy support, baby care, play groups (I know the best ones) school pick ups and drop offs( but only in a full days work), helping with sleeping patterns and routine, after school activities, picnics and parks, general play with loads of ideas and generally getting stuck in. I've read alot of books written about kids, and I've worked in so many areas of childcare including child protection. Which is where I first started my passion for working with kids.
I'm super clean and tidy, I've Marie kondo'd (the cloths folding expert-netflix) a few family draws already!
I will chip in and help wherever is needed, household duties are no problem.
I have just got back from living on a yacht for 6 months. So looking for new work in the area.

We have been working with Alex for many months now and we are so glad that we found her. Her level of professionalism as well as her great enthusiasm towards her job make her one of the best in the profession. We will be really sad when our daughter goes to nursery because Alex has been so incredibly helpful but also because our daughter will no longer get to see her best friend. I couldn't recommend her more strongly.

Alex took care of our two year old for our evening out. She was very playful and fun with our daughter, took care of her according to our normal routine and kept me updated regularly with messagss unprompted, which i really appreciated. Would recommend.

Alex first started to support our family with overnight stays to provide us with much-needed sleep when our son was 5 months old.
We really like her positive energy and enthusiasm and were so pleased when she agreed to work with us daytime during the week. She inspires confidence because she clearly knows what she is doing. Her advice was helpful as this is our first child. She has worked with a range of families and children and has great experience to draw on. Alex provides support to allow us some space as parents. As we don't have a local support network, it was like having a trustworthy family member nearby. It feels like we are working together as a team, and we have full confidence that she has our son's best interests at heart. Alex has introduced our son to wide range of new experiences and sends us regular photos and updates of the fun activities on their days out. Our son is now 18 months and goes to Nursery a few days a week but still looks forward to his adventure days out with Alex. We would highly recommend Alex and would be happy to give a personal reference. We will always be grateful that she came into our lives at this important stage in our son's development.

Alex worked with us from July 2018 to September 2019, from when the twins were 7 months to 22months. She formed a really strong bond with the twins. Providing them with fun, love, care but also boundaries and structure. The twins adore her and are always delighted to see her and very excited to head off out for an adventure with Alex.
Alex is very confident with children and willing to help out with the full range of family life. Alex did both days and nights for us. Having a full night sleep was such a god send in those early days.
Alex has exceptional time keeping and was totally dependable. She also has an ability to clean a room in record speed. Our house has never been as tidy as when Alex was with us.
I really depended on Alex when she was with us and it made those early years so much more manageable to have her onboard.

Overall
Alex looked after my two boys (11 and 8) for a few months last year whilst I needed extra help after school and had our circumstances not changed, I would still be working with Alex now. We found her to be lots of fun, VERY reliable and trustworthy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any parents of children of any age.
